When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2015 High 1900" is the chairperson of the representative council of occupants of the Ulsan-gu Seoul apartment complex, and D, E, F, G, and H are the members of the Election Management Committee.

On April 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) on the bulletin board and elevator board of the above apartment complex C; (b) did not have increased voting dates for the victims, who are members of the committee for the management of the above apartment complex, to win the said apartment complex as the representative; (c) despite the absence of the fact that the victims, who were members of the committee for the management of the above apartment complex, have caused damage to the reputation of the victims by openly pointing out false information by publicly announcing the fact that “the election campaign schedule for the above representative candidates was increased by 10 more than the public relations date, even if the number of general members was given, the number of general members was increased by 10 more than the public relations date.”

The defendant of "2016 High 36" is the chairperson of the Ulsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Council for the Representatives of Residents of Apartments, and the victim I shall be the chairperson of the said Apartment Association.

On June 23, 2015, the Defendant concealed two rolling machine with the total market price of 3.5 million won, which was kept in the tennis of the above apartment complex around June 23, 2015, without the consent of the members of the above club, including the victim.
