1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiffs entered into a delegation contract with the Defendant for each vehicle Oral ploser (hereinafter “instant delegation contract”) and engaged in the business of lending motor vehicle purchase funds, leasing, and introducing and selling rental products.
B. Plaintiff A worked for the Defendant Company from June 201 to February 28, 2017; Plaintiff B from June 201 to October 14, 2016; Plaintiff C from March 2013 to November 25, 2016, respectively.

The main contents of the instant delegation contract are as follows.
Article 2 (Business Performance, etc.) (1) The defendant shall delegate to the plaintiffs the duties of Article 3 related to the handling of the defendant's erroneous goods, and the plaintiffs shall independently perform the relevant delegated duties and all related duties under the responsibility of the plaintiffs.
The receipt and delivery of purchase amounts or loans, such as departments, leases, and sirens, and the receipt and delivery of repayments from applicants shall be prohibited in all.
② All expenses, such as transportation expenses, personnel expenses, and communication expenses, other than those recognized and notified to the Plaintiffs in advance, shall be borne by the Plaintiffs, and the Plaintiffs may not use the Defendant’s name without permission.
③ In principle, the Plaintiffs’ working hours and working places shall not be separately determined in light of the nature of the Plaintiffs’ work.
Article 3 (Subject Matters of Delegation) (1) The affairs delegated by the defendant to the plaintiffs are as follows:
1. Arrangement of contracts for listed goods;
2. Ascertainment of the authenticity of the application for the Otop goods and verification of the applicant and the joint guarantor;
3. Confirmation, receipt and submission of documents related to erroneous earth and goods on behalf of others;
4. Confirmation of the furnishing of documents related to erroneous earth and goods;
5. Confirmation of eligibility of sellers for transactions and conclusion of transaction agreements;
6. Sales agent's business management in preparation for damages to consumers due to fraudulent sales, defective defects, etc. after sales.
