Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 11, 2018, at around 01:40, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car at a distance of about 10km from around 10km to the front road of the Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Jung-dong Bridge to the 19th road in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, with alcohol concentration of 0.176% during blood.
