2. The owner or employee of a business establishment harmful to juveniles A shall indicate on his/her business establishment restrictions on juveniles' access and employment, as prescribed by Presidential Decree;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from January 2013 to February 14, 2013, worked as the head of the office in the key room located in the business establishment harmful to juveniles, and did not indicate any content that limits the access and employment of juveniles to the business establishment.
