Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall install, attach, or distribute any media product harmful to juveniles in any place open to the general public.

At around 18:30 on September 10, 2015, the Defendant posted four copies of the leaflets, in which black and white female pictures were printed, to the above telecom outlet, together with the phrase “after the selection of the place, contact flura, D,” meaning the arrangement of commercial sex acts or cancer in front of the Cmoteel located in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu.

Accordingly, the Defendant distributed media products harmful to juveniles to the public in places where the general public pass.
