A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 25, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor and two years and six months at the Seoul Western District Court for fraud, etc. on November 21, 2012.

The Defendant had forged a false real estate lease contract, etc. with respect to the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government BC apartment 501, 402, which he/she has resided in BA and B as his/her monthly income, and had the intent to acquire the loan by receiving the lease deposit as security.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On April 201, the Defendant appears to have written the written indictment for a real estate lease contract in the office of real estate brokerage in the vicinity of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government BD apartment, using a computer, to be a clerical error in the “real estate lease contract” in the written indictment.

In the location column, “Seoul Songpa-gu BC apartment 501 Dong 402, 502, 500 million won,” in the deposit column, and “ Address: 60 Dong 102, Songpa-gu, Seoul: BE apartment 60 Dong 102, telephone: BF, name: BB, and BA” were stated and sealed, respectively.

For the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of the real estate lease contract in the name of BB and BA, which is a private document related to rights and obligations.

B. On April 201, the Defendant stated “name: address: BA, 60 Dong Dong-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, 102” in the lessor’s column of payment confirmation form using the pents in the coffee shop near the Songpa-gu Seoul Yung-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, as “name: BA, address: 60 Dong-dong, 102”; “A0 million won” in the loan deposit column; “B0 million won” in the loan amount column; and “Gu0 million won” in the lessor’s column of the notice of assignment of claims, and affixed the seal of BA, which was inserted in advance, to the name of each BA, after stating “name: BA, address: 60 Dong-dong, Songpa-gu, 102.”

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a payment confirmation in the name of BA, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations, and a notice of assignment of claims.
