1. The defendant (Counterclaim plaintiff) shall all dismiss the counterclaim.

2. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) is jointly and severally liable for 617,100,000 won.

Reasons

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. The following facts may be found either as a matter of dispute between the parties or as a whole with respect to Gap evidence of Nos. 1 through 9, 11, 13, 14, 16, Eul evidence of Nos. 1, 2, 3, 23 through 29, 37, and 38 (including each number), and witness G testimony of some of the witness G.
