Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2019 Highest 1435] On April 11, 2018, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 3 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court, and received a summary order of KRW 4 million as a fine in the same court on March 19, 2019.
On April 3, 2019, at around 23:30, the Defendant driven a cruise car without obtaining a driver's license for the section of approximately 1km from the Yandong to the roads adjacent to the same Gu B to the same Gu, with blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.081%.
As a result, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice, and drives a motor vehicle without obtaining a license in the state of drinking in violation of the same provision.
[2019 Highest 4764] Around 03:10 on July 31, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim F (36 years of age) who is another customer at the E main store located in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju, for the purpose of drinking, and boomed the instant cup, which is a dangerous object on his/her customer, such as illumination, lighting, etc., and the flobbbbing of the victim’s left part.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, bypassing the technical protective measures provided by G company’s online game “H”, accessed the game process meta by approaching the game data (i.e., character, items, vehicle location information, etc.), publicize the malicious program (i.e., a “nuclear program”) that enables users to play a game in favor of the normal game by changing the game data (i.e., character, items, vehicle location information, etc.), and provided it to buyers through online sales sites (i.e., a Korean domain name and English domain name:J) and provide it.
