C On April 27, 2012, the Incheon District Court was sentenced to two years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for six months for fraud, and the judgment was finalized on May 5, 2012.

1. On December 12, 201, Defendant A and B agreed to obtain money from Defendant A and B by deceiving the victim F (the age of 51) on the street prior to the troym of the Yancheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Automatic Automatic materials, prior to the Yannam-do Office’s prior to the Yannam-do Office, and Defendant A in contact with the victim to share their roles, and Defendant B conspired to obtain money by deceiving the victim as if the seller was a high-water seller.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to deception the above money by deceiving the victim.

2. No one shall collect, use, or provide location information on an individual or mobile object without the consent of the individual or owner of the mobile object concerned;

Nevertheless, the Defendants obtained the above 125 million won by fraud as referred to in paragraph (1) and conspired to confirm the location of B by using B's cell phone location information after being provided with B's cell phone location information from 119 to 119.

Defendants around 03:40 on December 16, 201, on the street in front of the Geumjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Geumjin-dong fire fighting team located in Geumjin-gu Special Metropolitan City, Geumjin-dong, and Defendant A calls to 063-119 using his mobile phone G numbers used by himself, and 'K telephone number' users are pro-friendly.
