Punishment of the crime

Around April 19, 2018, the Defendant posted a notice to the effect that “the victim H will purchase game money” on the Internet B official car page in the Defendant’s residence located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, and made a false statement to the effect that “the victim will sell the game money in KRW 81,000,000,” and that “the Defendant will purchase theJ” to I.

However, since the defendant did not have a game money, even if he received money from the victim, he did not have an intention or ability to provide a game money.

Nevertheless, as above, the defendant deceiving the victim and let the victim transfer 81,000 won to the K Bank account in the name of the I as purchase price, and received the J of the above amount from I.

In this respect, the Defendant acquired pecuniary benefits by deceiving the victim.
