Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On May 27, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant and Suwon-si, the Young-si C apartment, 6405 Dong 904 (hereinafter “instant apartment”) to lease KRW 300 million, KRW 550,000,000,000 for the rent, and KRW 9 months from July 22, 2016 to April 21, 2017 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).
