Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 4, 2014, at around 21:43, Defendant A, who received 112 reports from “D” restaurant located in Kimpo-Ma, and requested a police officer F to present identification cards from “D” affiliated with the Kimpo-gu Police Station Estation, and requested a police officer G to present his identification cards again, the Defendant expressed that “I am flish flish flish flish flish flish, and flish flish flish flish flish flish flish flish flish flish, and flish flish flish flish flish and flish flish flish flish flish, thereby hindering the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the handling of reported duties.

2. Defendant B, at the date, time, and place described in paragraph (1), resisting that the police officer’s attempt to arrest A as an offender in the act of obstruction of performance of official duties against the police officers who were in danger of arresting A as an offender in the act of obstruction of official duties, Defendant B, on his hand, obstructed police officers’ legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of a flagrant offender.
