1. As to the Plaintiff’s KRW 8,800,00 and KRW 19,180,00 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 10,420,00 from February 12, 2016.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On September 25, 2015, the Defendant is the implementer who obtained the approval of the development and business plan for the business to create E farm on the land outside D and two parcels at Jeju city (hereinafter “instant business”).

B. On February 12, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant for supply of F building G and H (hereinafter “instant supply contract”) constructed by the Defendant pursuant to the instant project, and the main contents thereof are as follows.

Indication of Property - The purpose is to jointly make an investment in relation to the E farm business by the Plaintiff and to provide the Defendant with facilities of 86.22 square meters/public use area of 86.22 square meters/public use area of 39.67 square meters/public use area of 139.50 square meters/public use area of 139.50 square meters/public use area of 68 square meters/public use area of 71.50 square meters/public use area of 39.67 square meters/public use area of 39.67 square meters: The scheduled purpose of May 2017:

Article 1 (Amount of Payment and Method of Payment) (Gho Lake).
