A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. In order to raise living expenses, etc. on vehicles, the Defendant thief committed each theft in the vehicle, with a vehicle that has not been corrected, among the vehicles parked in the Seoyang-gu Seoyang-gu Seoyang-gu, the domicile of the Defendant, with the cash, etc. located therein;
At around 03:00 on May 7, 2019, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the door of the E-verification-based car parkeded by the victim D was not corrected; (b) opened the door; and (c) carried the door with cash card of KRW 402,00,00 in cash owned by the victim; and (d) stolen the property amounting to KRW 1,707,000 on nine occasions in total from around that time until March 22, 2020, as indicated in Table 1 of Crimes List 1.
2. The Defendant, at around 03:48 May 7, 2019, stolen each thief at a cash withdrawal machine, as described in paragraph (1), in a cash withdrawal machine in the vicinity of Goyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoul, in which the victim H was stolen, and collected the F body card under the name of D and withdrawn the password stated on the side of the said card, and then stolen KRW 500,000 in cash over four times in total, as indicated in Table 2 of the Crimes Day on the same day.
