Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 20,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Criminal facts

The Defendant is a person who operates D in Suwon-si, and E is a person who operates flowers-gun F in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, and G is a person who operates flowers-gun, Ulsan-gun and two parcels of land.

1. Fraudulent of subsidies related to the support of flowers seeds and seedlings, 2012;

A. On June 24, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from G to the effect that “Around June 24, 2012, the Defendant prepared false documents as if he/she used KRW 15,000,000 in total project costs for the purchase of seedlings related to the 2012 chemical seeds and seedlings; and (b) obtained subsidies equivalent to KRW 50% of total project costs from the Ulsan-gun (hereinafter “victim-gun”); and (c) subsequently, accepted the proposal.”

On June 27, 2012, the Defendant received 15,00,000 won from the Agricultural Cooperatives passbook (Account Number I) used by the Defendant, and then pretended to use 15,000,000 won in the purchase of seeds by returning it to G, and purchased KRW 15,00,000 in total as if it were used for the purchase of seeds and seedlings, and “G purchased KRW 6,000,000, which is a kind of west-west west-west.”

G around July 6, 2012, at the Ulsan-si, Ulsan-si, Ulsan-si, 245-2, the Ulsan-do Office applied for a subsidy of KRW 7,500,000, which is 50% double since it used the total amount of KRW 15,00,000 in total project expenses to purchase seeds and seedlings, and submitted a written confirmation of deposits without passbook transfer, an invoice, a statement of project expenses, a written estimate, and a written contract for the supply of goods, etc., which are received from the Defendant with evidentiary materials.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with G, deceiving the victim group, received 7,500,000 won from the victim group using the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number K) in the name of G on July 17, 2012 from the victim group and acquired it by fraud.

B. On September 2012, the Defendant: (a) around September 2012, the total project cost of KRW 43,000,000 for the purchase of seedlings related to the 2012 copied seeds and seedlings support project.
