A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, Including Mediation, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts (referring to brokerage, etc. of commercial sex acts) (hereinafter “D”), the Defendant, from April 17, 2017 to April 19, 2017, posted an advertisement for commercial sex acts to E, which is an Internet site established to recruit male purchase, to a person who has employed C, which is a woman engaged in commercial sex acts, and run a commercial sex acts business establishment of D, which is called “D,” and the Defendant, from March 17, 2017 to March 19, 2017, posted the advertisement for commercial sex acts to E, which is a person on the Internet site established to recruit female purchase, etc.,

C had 70,000 won paid for sexual traffic and engaged in sexual traffic with the average male and female at least five persons per day, thereby engaging in sexual traffic.

2. If a foreigner violating the Immigration Control Act intends to find a job in the Republic of Korea, he/she shall obtain the status of stay eligible for employment, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, and even if no person is allowed to employ a person who has no status of stay, the defendant employed the foreigner at the same place as paragraph (1) and paragraph (1) and had him/her work at a sexual traffic business establishment.
