Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 14, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for habitual intimidation, etc. by the Seoul Southern District Court, and completed the execution of the said sentence in the Seoul Southern Prison on December 12, 2015.

Criminal facts

Around June 10, 2016, the Defendant introduced that the director of SK Strategy Team at the Korea National University and the Korea National University would work at the present SK National University by graduatinging the victim C through a soup, so that the Defendant came to know of the victim C (n't, 29 years of age) through smartphone introduction and printing, and entered into a relationship with the trusted victim.

1. On July 8, 2016, at around 23:30 on July 23:3, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the victim by taking the horses from the victim’s front side of the public telephone room located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, that is, by taking the horses from the victim, cutting down the victim’s shoulder with the victim’s shoulder hand, with the victim’s outer wall of the public telephone, and then taking the victim’s left face into account two times the victim’s strong glass of the public telephone room immediately above the left face.

2. On July 9, 2016, at least 03:10 on July 9, 2016, the Defendant repeatedly threatened the victim with the expression “I will leave the victim’s cell phone more than once in front of the victim’s residence in Seodaemun-gu, so I would be able to take a bath to the victim,” “I will find the victim’s mobile phone,” “I will find it a son’s company to find it difficult to lead a social life,” “I will son a bit of a bitch,” and “I will not take any bit of a bitch,” and “I will not take any son.”
