A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On January 20, 2014, at around 23:07, the Defendant: (a) stated “D convenience stores” for the operation of the Victim C in Gumi-si B, that “a 15 cans cans be packed in stuffs”; and (b) stolen cash amounting to KRW 170,000,000, which was entered in the Plaintiff’s bank using the frackter creb in order to pack cans.

B. On January 23, 2014, at around 02:25, the Defendant: (a) called “H convenience store” for the operation of the Victim G in Sinsi F, the Defendant: (b) went to a warehouse to find beer; (c) thereby, the Defendant stolen the amount equivalent to KRW 235,000 in cash owned by the victim and 235,000, which was entered in the Kabter’s safe, by taking advantage of the cresh in order for the said I to find beer.

C. On January 27, 2014, at around 00:05, the Defendant: (a) called “L convenience store” for the operation of the Victim K, which is an employee, “a request to verify inventory of 30 beer owners;” and (b) cut off the amount equivalent to KRW 98,000 in cash owned by the victim, which was entered in the Plaintiff’s saving depository using the cater creb in order to find the beer.

At around 02:45 on January 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) called “P convenience store” in the “P convenience store for the use of beer” to the victim; (b) stolen the amount equivalent to KRW 90,000 in cash owned by the victim, which was entered in the Kacter credit cooperative using the crepit of beer, in order to find beer.

2. The Defendant, as described in paragraph (1), ordered a large amount of beer at a convenience store, and the employees, etc. were willing to steal money and valuables contained in the Kabter’s safe using the cresh in order to search for beer. On January 23, 2014, at around 02:08, the Defendant confirmed the location of the Kabter and the Kabter’s safe location.
