A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 26, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to three years and six months for attempted murder at the Busan District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on February 7, 2016.
1. From around August 9, 2010 to around August 9, 2012, the Defendant attempted to commit fire to the present residential building: (a) at the shelter for the aged at the 6th floor located in Busan City (D medical center); (b) other elderly persons set the sequences, and conduct cleaning and cleaning at the restaurant for the clinic; and (c) at night at the night, entry into the above shelter is prohibited; (d) the manager of the shelter was dissatisfied with the preferential treatment that the head of the above clinic E had access to the shelter and received exemption from the restaurant number in the night manner; and (b) around August 9, 2012, the Defendant continued to have been sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for murder at the front part of the F, etc., of the building for the purpose of murdering at the end of three years and six months.

Therefore, although the defendant tried to kill the building of the above medical care center which the person is present, the defendant did not achieve that intention, but did not commit an attempted crime.
2. On February 8, 2016, at around 00:03, the Defendant affected a structure: (a) opened a steel folding door installed at the entrance of the medical care center; (b) opened by side the door door; and (c) entered the said medical care center parking lot.
