A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding ten thousand won.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a business owner operating a sexual traffic business establishment that mediates sexual traffic between men in the trade name of Gangnam-gu Seoul Building 201 and 202, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
From March 13, 2017 to July 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received 130,000 to 200,000 won as the price for sexual traffic; and (b) provided 1.3 billion won as the price for sexual traffic (26 years and the suspension of indictment on the same day) to male buyers, whose name is unknown, such as E (23 years and 202 of the above building site (D); and (c) provided 200,000 won as the price for sexual traffic; and (d) provided 30,000 won as the price for sexual traffic (20,000 won as the same day; and (e) provided 10,000 won as the price for sexual traffic (21 years and the suspension of indictment on the same day) to prevent sexual customers from committing sexual traffic; and (e) provided 10,0000 won as the price for sexual traffic from July 4, 2017 to July 13, 2017.
Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

Internet advertising photographs, outside and inside photographs of ‘C' business establishments, photographs of ‘C' business operators' registration certificates, records of proposed text messages sent and received by enforcement officers and persons under control, and the application of laws and regulations on photographs of sexual traffic prices deposited from each suspect I to the suspect G account.
