A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 19, 2013, the Defendant committed the crime: around 19:45 on April 19, 2013, the Defendant discovered the victim D (10 years of age) who is boarding and passing a mixed human body rink in front of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu Seoul metropolitan apartment c apartment house, and was willing to commit an indecent act against the victim.

3. On June 2, 2013, the Defendant discovered that the victim H (V, 10 years of age) mar from the alleyway located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City on June 2, 2013, around 20:40, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim.

The defendant tried to block the victim in front of the victim, and to attract the victim by hand, but the victim is also the victim.
