1. The chairperson of the defendant's main claim and ancillary claim among the lawsuits of the plaintiff B federation.

1. On January 24, 2013, the Plaintiff B Federation, an organization affiliated with the Defendant of the basic facts, (hereinafter “Plaintiff Federation”), held a regular general meeting of delegates and held an election for the president. On January 24, 2013, 23 of the 24 representatives (30 re-representatives) present at the above general meeting, elected Plaintiff A as the president.

On February 18, 2013, the Federation requested the Defendant to authorize the Plaintiff A to act as the president of the Plaintiff Federation.

On March 7, 2013, the Defendant held a temporary board of directors (hereinafter “Temporary board of directors”) on March 7, 2013, and made a resolution to the effect that the Plaintiff A, who is in charge of the president of the CAssociation, who is a sports organization other than the U.S., concurrently holds the office of president of the CFederation, shall not be allowed taking into account the grounds for establishment of both organizations and equity with other items, etc.

Plaintiff

A filed an application for provisional disposition seeking the status of president of the Plaintiff Federation by the time this Court became final and conclusive, and this Court accepted the application for provisional disposition on June 19, 2013.

The provisions of the defendant's agreement and the plaintiff's federation concerning the case are as follows.

Article 37 (Agency) of the Rules of the Defendant shall have a federation for each issue to Gyeonggi-do and the Living Athletic Association of Sis/Guns, and the federation for each issue shall have a representative general meeting and a board

Article 38 (Officers, Assistants and Revocation) (1) The appointed officers and employees of the federation by issue shall be appointed at the representative general meeting of the federation by issue, and reported to the Gyeonggi-do and the Si/Gun Living Athletic Association within 30 days from the date of appointment, but the president shall receive associates.

The same shall also apply to the appointment of assistant appointment officers.

(2) Where any defect in the contents of authorization or failure to perform his/her duties has caused an obstacle to the development of sports for all, the authorization may be revoked following a resolution by the board of directors of the relevant company.
