A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. 상해 피고인은 2013. 6. 25. 03:56경 부산 북구 C에 있는 D주점 앞길에서 피해자 E(13세)이 담배를 피우면서 피해자 F(15세), 피해자 G(여, 14세), 피해자 H(여, 13세)와 함께 지나가는 것을 보고 피해자 E에게 “몇 살이냐”라고 묻는 등 시비를 걸어 피해자들을 근처 골목길로 데리고 간 후 피해자 E, 피해자 F의 뺨을 손바닥으로 각각 2~3회씩 때리고, 피해자 E, 피해자 F에게 엎드려뻗쳐 자세를 취하게 한 다음 피해자 E, 피해자 F의 복부를 오른발로 각각 2회씩 걷어찼다.
피고인은 계속하여 위 피해자들을 근처 I중학교 내 우측 약수터 벤치 부근으로 데리고 가 피해자 E, 피해자 F에게 엎드려뻗쳐 자세를 취하게 한 후 피해자 E, 피해자 F의 복부를 발로 각각 3회씩 찬 후 피해자 E, 피해자 F의 뒤통수를 발로 찼고, 피해자 G, 피해자 H의 양쪽 뺨을 손바닥으로 각각 10여 회씩 때린 후 피해자 G, 피해자 H의 다리를 발로 각각 3회씩 걷어찼다.
The defendant took the victims into the public parking lot near the above school, and abused the victims E, etc. due to the outbreak of a bridge in the front of the latter part of the above middle school, and subsequently, assaulted the victims E, etc.
Accordingly, the defendant assaulted victims as above, and inflicted multiple injuries, such as sexual intercourses, in which the number of days of treatment can not be known to the victims.

On June 25, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Indecent Act by compulsion) committed an indecent act by force against a juvenile, by putting the victim’s suck, she was assaulted by E and F in the vicinity of the right walkter in the I Middle School, as stated in paragraph (1) of the said Article, when the victim G (Wing 14 years old) said that “it should not be reported to the police of his/her match,” and she saw it as “I must not be reported to the police of his/her match,” and she forced the victim to commit an indecent act by force.
