1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

(b) the facts of the basis;

A. Defendant Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) operated solar power generation business, etc., and there was a dispute with the residents of Jin Village adjacent to the foregoing power plant, which is likely to cause solar reflects by the solar panel to be installed in the said power plant in the process of constructing solar power plants in the early west-si Fil-si in the early 2015.

B. On March 16, 2015, the Defendants, including the Plaintiffs, entered into an agreement with the J village residents adjacent to the said power plant (hereinafter “instant agreement”) with the following content:

- - Change of direction ( Southwest,west-west);

- the creation of a village-side green belt of 200 square meters in parcels* at least 8 to 10 years, which is not a fish nursery, and mixed-type trees (economicly in terms of iron, ston, business owners)* Continuous management (in the event of death, planting again);

- Installation of 2 drails in terms of fossils or small-sized strekes to reduce scenery and danger around the drails.

-. All environmental issues that may arise after drilling, such as snow depth, temperature increase, pollution of lakes caused by pollutants (ex. purification tanks), electromagnetic waves, self-defense, etc.;

- No upper part of the structure is installed;

- The above matters to be notarized are matters to be entered into between J Village Residents and Employers.

On June 10, 2015, the Defendants agreed with the residents of J village to revise some of the instant agreements in meetings related to the planting of solar power plants and the planting of Gadle trees around the Gadle Day as follows:

(이하 ‘이 사건 변경합의’이라 한다). 1. 방향전환 안건 남 남서, 서서남 ⇒ 부지형태에 따라서 설치한다.
