A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 7,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant A is a woman of sexual traffic who operates a 'C' business establishment of a 'C', and Defendant B is a man who purchases sexual traffic as a person who works for a day duty.
1. Defendant A’s violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, Including Intermediating, etc. of sexual traffic (sexual traffic) committed sexual traffic by running the Ma building at around 01:50 on March 22, 2018 and the 3rd floor of “C” (stud 7 studio) of the trade name (stud 7) of “C” in light of the following: (a) receiving cash amounting to KRW 80,00,000 from Defendant B who found the 80,000,000, and 80,000,000,000,000,000,000,000
