A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a business owner who operates a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name of "E" on the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D branch.

1. From August 15, 2017 to September 16, 2000, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts, including brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic (i.e., brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic) provided six rooms and shower rooms in E, in which they had six rooms and shower rooms in the above “E,” and had F, a female employee, directed a large number of unspecified male customers to find, and received similarity in return for payment of KRW 8 to one million.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging sexual traffic.

Nevertheless, the defendant was engaged in the business of similarity as described in the above paragraph (1) at the place where approximately 178 meters away from G middle schools, which are the educational environment protection zone in the city of Si/Gu as described in the above paragraph (1).
