1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Details of the disposition

The plaintiff is a corporation established for the purpose of general trucking transport business, and is the business permission authority for cargo vehicles (A truck) listed in the attached Form.

A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “B”) prepares a false sales contract as if it purchased two of the special-purpose tank locks (C vehicle number D) and E (vehicle number F) in the absence of the purchase of the locks of the locks of the locks of the locks of the general-use tank (hereinafter referred to as “locks”). After obtaining permission for the increase of the 104 special-purpose truck for C vehicles and the 72 special-purpose truck for E vehicles, the 176 special-purpose truck number locks of the 176 general-use truck number locks of the locks of the locks of the locks of the locks of the 104 special-purpose truck, and the 176 special-purpose truck number locks of the locks of the locks of the locks of the locks of the locks of the 176 general-use truck.

Of the general truck license plates illegally created from B, the non-party 1, the non-party 1 corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Korea Round") acquired G ( August 21, 2009), H ( September 9, 2009), I ( September 22, 2009), and J ( September 30, 2009) respectively, and operated transportation business by registering as K, L, M, and N.

On June 1, 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) acquired the N number plate from Korea Corer and registered it as “A” (hereinafter referred to as “instant truck”); and (b) operated the transport business.

On July 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) on the Plaintiff, the instant truck was registered for the change of B with a special purpose-type truck [the tank locks] after illegally increasing the number of the trucks; and (b) on the foregoing ground, the act of changing the illegal increase of the number of trucks is prior to the amendment by Act No. 11690, Mar. 23, 2013; (c) “former Trucking Transport Business Act”.
