A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 9, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) stated “E” in the written indictment from approximately 500 meters to the wall rock distance in the same Eup from the administrative intersection located in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jin-gun without a driver’s license, but is correct because it is obvious that it is a clerical error.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged H’s signature for the purpose of exercising the right, and used forged signature.
