A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 21, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of forging a signature at the Busan District Court on January 21, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 29, 2016.
