The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal did not constitute a violation of signal.

2. The court below acknowledged the following facts based on the evidence duly adopted and investigated by the court below, i.e.,, C belonging to the Sungdong Police Station, which regulates the defendant's signal violation, consistently from the investigative agency to the court below, stating that "A around 1:46, May 9, 2014, the defendant observed the violation of signal signal at the shooting distance at the entrance of the Nandong, Nanyangdong, Nandong, and controlled the defendant's vehicle as one of the roads,"

3. As such, the defendant's appeal is without merit, and it is dismissed under Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
