Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who resides in B, and the victim C (the age of 65, the age of 65) is a female proprietor.

At around 18:00 on October 18, 2018, the Defendant stated that “I would die, die, and die of an infant,” and “I would tell the victim of the complaint against “F’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son.”

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim with dangerous things.
