Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Although the two cases of the 2017 Highest and 61 Highest and 2017 Highest and 483 Highest are combined, the criminal facts of the above case are identical to the criminal facts committed by all the defendants in collusion. Thus, the criminal facts of the above case are to be arranged in a lump sum without classifying them according to the case number.
Despite the fact that the Defendants were not the narcotics handler, they enticed people to do golf gambling or card gambling, made them unable to do normal judgment or campaign by eating a romatic drug, which contains a romatic drug, and received money by deceiving them.
1. On October 16, 2016, the Defendants: (a) caused the Victim F to drink a mutually influent restaurant in the Scheon-si Port; (b) caused the Victim F to drink a coffee in Athro; and (c) caused the Victim F to walk a stop in Athro in H golf courses located in G; and (d) caused the Victim F to lose golf gambling by inducing the Victim, whose judgment and exercise ability has deteriorated, to do so.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to use the native mental medicine in collusion, deceiving the victim, and obtain the property from the injured party.
2. On October 16, 2016, the Defendants got off 9.4 million won by inducing the victim F, whose ability to determine was deteriorated by taking off the Arabic Ban, such as the foregoing paragraph 1, at a mutually influent restaurant and Mos in the Gim-gun I of the Gyeonggi-si.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to use the native mental medicine in collusion, deceiving the victim, and obtain the property from the injured party.
3. On October 17, 2016, the Defendants, at the mutual influent restaurant located in Pyeongtaek-gun I of the Gyeonggi-si, sent the victim F a coffee in Ethroat, followed by inducing the victim F to see the victim who affected his/her judgment and movement ability at the K golf course in J, thereby getting the victim to lose golf gambling KRW 4 million.
Accordingly, the Defendants are the defendants.
