A and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months, by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.

(b).

Punishment of the crime

1. From November 5, 2017, Defendants A, B, and H (the suspension of indictment on the same day), the victim C (44 years), the victim D (50 years old), I (49 years old), and the taxi riding problems before the exit of the victim C (44 years old), the victim D (50 years old), I (49 years old) and the taxi riding problems before the exit of the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on November 22 and 42, 2017, the victim C (44 years old), the victim’s face and body were crypted with the main food, and H continued treatment of the victim C’s kidyer with the vege of plastic material that had been flicked with the heading and declineed, and the number of days of injury caused by the victim C to suffer approximately 5 centimeters in the right eye, and the number of days of injury caused by the victim C.

Accordingly, the Defendants, in collusion with G and H, inflict an injury on the victim C by carrying dangerous goods, and the Defendants, G and H assault jointly with the victim D and the victim I.

2. Defendant C, Defendant D’s joint crime Defendants and I (Suspension of Prosecution on the same day) committed the following acts: the date and time as indicated in paragraph 1; the place described in paragraph 1; the victim A (46 years of age); victim B (51 years of age); victim G (49 years of age); victim H (49 years of age); and taxi riding; the victim H (49 years of age); the victim and I met together with the Defendants and I when they take the victim’s face and body into drinking and launching; the victim continued to display a veget of plastic material and a veget with a bifine 21 days of treatment to the victim; and two parts of the victim requiring medical treatment between the victim B and approximately 21 days.

Accordingly, the Defendants in collusion with I, carried dangerous objects with the victim A and the victim B, and the Defendants and I assaulted the victim G and the victim H jointly.
