A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
At around 22:30 on March 14, 2020, the Defendant: (a) stolen straw and steel plates, which are construction materials of an amount equivalent to 300,000 won at the market price of the victim D management, located in the above location by taking advantage of the gaps of surveillance over surrounding areas, and (b) stolen straw and steel plates, which are 30,000 won at the victim D management.

1. From January 15, 2020 to April 24, 2020, the Defendant stolen approximately 2,797,900 gs in total 45 times, as shown in the annexed Table of Crimes (1) by 45 times from around the time to around April 24, 202, the Defendant: (a) opened the entrance through the open door of the materials storage room operated by the victim G in Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si; and (b) loaded and stolen the scrap metal 11,60 gs in total, which was being kept in custody of approximately 150 gs from the open door of the materials storage.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen another's property.
2. On February 24, 2020, the Defendant stolen approximately KRW 5,816 km in total 24 times from around that time to April 19, 202, as shown in the annexed List of Crimes (2) from around that time, the Defendant: (a) entered the entrance at the entrance of the K-type operated by the victim J of Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si; (b) KRW 255 km, which was being kept in custody at the entrance; and (c) loaded and stolen the scrap metal of KRW 1,394,350, total sum of KRW 24 times from that time to April 19, 202.
Accordingly, the defendant intruded on a structure and stolen another's property.
3. On February 29, 2020, the Defendant: (a) 17:45 on February 29, 2020, entered the entrance of the NJ L L L’s workplace, carried about approximately 76 km of the scrap metal, which was kept in custody of the Defendant, into the ridge of HK5 car; and (b) intending to commit a theft by carrying it on the ridge of HK5 car; and (c) from around that time to April 5, 2020, the Defendant committed an attempted crime list (c) of annexed crimes from around that time to around that time.
