Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who is ordered by the competent authority to take necessary measures, such as waste disposal, shall implement such measures.

The Defendant, around July 11, 2018, from the racing market to October 1, 2018, properly disposes of approximately 375 tons of wastes that are improper for the Defendant, from the racing market, to the racing market from October 1, 2018.

“A person who received an order to take measures to that effect did not properly dispose of the wastes until October 2018.

Accordingly, the defendant did not comply with the order of the competent authorities.
