Punishment of the crime

On May 19, 2012, the Defendant participated in the '5.19 Nationial Congress held by CMono, etc. in the Seoul Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Automatic.

From 18:15 to 18:58 on the same day, the Defendant occupied the above roads, including approximately 3,500 participants in other assemblies, and connected them to five lanes in front of the subway viewing station in Jung-gu Seoul and the way near the Seoul Square, thereby interfering with the traffic of vehicles.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
