2. On June 27, 2014, at around 20:40, the Defendant administered approximately 0.07 g of philopon in Suwon-si F, Gurher 507 room, and 0.07 g of philopon in a cans in a way that they drink drinking water.

3. On June 27, 2014, at around 22:00, the Defendant issued approximately 0.03 g of philopon to other H in the cans and beverages.

1. Purchase and medication of phiphones;

A. On January 29, 2014, the Defendant purchased philophones by paying KRW 300,000 to L, and purchasing approximately 0.5 g of philophones from the G convenience point adjacent to the Jisung located in Ji-si Station I in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, at around 20:30 on January 29, 2014.

B. On January 29, 2014, the Defendant, at around 21:00 on Jan. 29, 2014, administered opphones by inserting approximately 0.05 g of opphones into a single-use injection machine, and dilution them into arms.

C. On February 13, 2014, at around 21:34, 2014, the Defendant purchased 300,000 won from the Defendant’s community credit cooperative account to the Daegu bank account under the name of M, which was designated by L from the Defendant’s community credit cooperative account. At around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant purchased 0.5 g of the philopon at the entrance of a multi-household near Jsung Party I located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

On February 13, 2014, the Defendant, who administered philophones, is located in Suwon F on February 13, 2014, at KRW 23:00.
