Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2016 Highly 775" is a homeland reserve member.

1. On February 27, 2015, the Defendant did not undergo the above training without justifiable grounds despite having received the notice of call-up for homeland reserve forces training in the name of the third unit commander of the 3879 unit in the name of the 3rd unit commander of the Army, which caused the second carried-over training conducted at the Sungnam-dong Reserve Forces Training Site located in the Sungnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Sungnam-si, 101 from March 17, 2015 to around 20 of the same month.

2. Around March 12, 2015, the Defendant did not undergo the above training without justifiable grounds despite the receipt of a notice of call-up for the training of homeland reserve forces in the name of the third unit commander of the Army 3879 units in the name of the third unit commander of the Army, which would result in the second small training conducted at the training site of the Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Manam-si, which was conducted on March 27, 2015 at his/her domicile.

3. On May 27, 2015, the Defendant did not undergo the above training without justifiable grounds despite having received the notice of call-up for homeland reserve forces training in the name of the third unit commander of the 3879 unit commander of the Army, which was sent through C, the mother of the Defendant, at around June 15, 2015 at his/her domicile, to undergo the second supplementary training conducted at the training site of the Sungnam Reserve Forces located in the Manam-dong, Manam-si, Manam-si.

The defendant of "2016 Highly 776" is a homeland reserve member.

On August 9, 2015, the Defendant received a notice of call-up for homeland reserve forces training in the name of the third unit commander of the 3879 military unit in the name of Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and 101 through 10, August 25, 2015, which caused secondary supplementary training conducted at the training center of the Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and Sungnam-si, the Defendant did not undergo the said training without justifiable grounds.
