The punishment of a defendant shall be eight months.

The execution of a sentence shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:40 on September 30, 2019, the Defendant interfered with the business, boarding the E-si, which is driven by D in the vicinity of the Kujin-gu Station B, Seojin-gu, Seoul, and arrived at the entrance of the F Apartment-gun, Jeonjin-gun, the destination of which was at around 01:00 on the same day.

피고인은 택시요금 지불을 요구받자 D에게 같은 날 01:45경까지 “씨벌 놈아 택시요금 못준다, 씨벌 좃 같은 놈, 개새끼”라는 등 큰소리로 욕설하고 택시 유리창에 침을 뱉는 등 약 45분 동안 행패를 부렸다.

The defendant, by these force, interfered with the victim D's private taxi business.

2. 모욕 피고인은 2019. 9. 30. 01:30경 F아파트 입구에서, D의 112신고를 받고 출동한 완주경찰서 G파출소 소속 경찰관인 H 경위와 I 경위에게 D 및 왕래하는 행인들이 듣고 있는 가운데, “너는 뭐여, 이 새끼야, 좃 같은 놈이”, “야 시벌 놈아 꺼져, 이 빡빡이 새끼야”라는 등 큰소리로 욕설하였다.

The Defendant openly insultingd the victim H and I.

3. 공무집행방해 피고인은 2019. 9. 30. 02:15경 전북 완주군 J에 있는 G파출소에서, 제1, 2항 기재와 같은 경위로 현행범인으로 체포되어 파출소 대기실 의자에 앉아 있던 중 계속하여 욕설을 하며 소란을 피워 파출소 소속 경찰관인 경위 K이 피고인의 옆에 앉아 욕설하지 말 것을 요구하자, 같은 경찰관에게 “너 몇 살이냐, 빡빡이, 문어대가리 같이 생긴 것이 참나”라는 등 욕설을 하며 손바닥으로 K의 머리를 1회 때렸다.
