Punishment of the crime

1. On January 15, 2012, between 06:0 and 14:30 on January 15, 2012, the Defendant discovered the victim H’s I taxi parked on the front road of Gyeong-si, Gyeong-si, Gyeong-si, Gyeong-si, Gyeong-si, and then reported the network to the surrounding areas, and D, with D, damaged the front glass of the said taxi and inflicted damage on the victim’s 20,000 won in total, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, and subsequently stolen the victim’s property together with E, D, F, and B on 12 occasions in total.

Following the Defendant’s solicitation of theft of goods with E, D, A, and F on February 1, 2012 to around April 4, 2012, the Defendant, A, and F reported the network in the vicinity of the Gyeongcheon-si Council of North Korea, and the Defendant, A, and F destroyed and damaged the entrance of the said church to the divers prepared in advance, and brought into the opening of the said church the amount equivalent to KRW 170,000 per annum and KRW 30,000 per 170,000 per the market price owned by the victim K in the said office, as well as the amount equivalent to KRW 5,9,12 per 5,9,12 per [Attachment] list of crimes, all over three occasions together with E, D, A, and F.
