Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to import goods from any foreign country shall report to the head of any customhouse the name, standard, quantity and price of the relevant goods and other matters prescribed by the Presidential Decree.

1. On October 14, 2009, the Defendant carried in the aircraft with five points of Chinese Republic of China (goods cost: EUR 36,000 U.S., 62,428,680 Won), and imported smuggling without filing a report with the head of the competent customs office, in accordance with the list of crimes in attached Form C, which was directly taken in the chemical site located in China from the Chinese Republic of China to the Kimhae Airport.

2. The Defendant, around May 2009, brought in Korea four points of Chinese paintings, which were held in Korea, for the preservation of the exhibition expense of D, into Korea, brought in Korea, while residing in China, brought in the E (FFs and passport numbers): (i) 2 points (FFs and passport numbers) in April 4, 201 in which the Defendant performed his duties on behalf of the Defendant; and (ii) 4 points (Fs and 8, 92,00 won in the list of crimes, such as the picture 2 points (Fs and 7) in April 28, 201 and the picture 2 points (8, 99) in April 28, 201.
