1. The defendant is against the plaintiffs:

(a) KRW 22,480,90 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 16, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. Statutory interest rates forming standards for calculating the amount of damages resulting from the default of monetary liabilities, shall apply from the day following the date on which a complaint demanding the performance of such monetary liabilities was served on the debtor;
