1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Basic Facts

On August 6, 1945, the deceased E (hereinafter “the deceased”) married with F on August 6, 1945, left Plaintiff A, G, H, and I as his child, and consulted with F on August 8, 1962.

On February 27, 1963, the deceased re-exploited with J (a later name "K"), and L as his child. On April 22, 1965, the deceased was married with J on April 22, 1965.

On October 25, 1965, the Deceased had his child as Defendant D (hereinafter “Defendant D”), Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant B”), Defendant C (hereinafter “Defendant C”), and Defendant C (hereinafter “Defendant C”) and died on August 18, 2012.

The deceased donated each real estate listed in the attached Table 2, such as donation of the deceased’s property, etc., to each of the real estate listed in the attached Table 2 table Nos. 1 through 17, respectively, as to each of the real estate listed in the “Gift (A)” column of the same Table.

On April 30, 1991, the Deceased donated 1/3 shares of each real estate listed in Appendix 2 Nos. 14 through 16 to M respectively, and M donated all of the above shares to Defendant D on September 16, 2006.

On June 2, 2009, the Deceased donated 3/10 shares of the real estate listed in No. 18 No. 2 Table to Defendant B.

On September 18, 1991, the Deceased donated each of 1/2 shares of the real estate listed in No. 19 attached Table 2 to Defendant D and M, and M donated each of 1/2 shares of the above real estate to Defendant D on September 2, 2006.

The registration of ownership transfer based on each of the above donations has been completed around the date of the above donation, and the defendants currently own the real estate listed in the attached Table 2 attached hereto as shown in the "shares (B)" column of the same Table.

On March 26, 1984, the Deceaseds of each real estate listed in the attached Table 3 donated 1/2 shares of each real estate listed in the attached Table 3 No. 1/4 to Defendant B and Defendant C respectively.

On April 30, 1991, the Deceased donated 1/3 shares of each real estate listed in Nos. 5 through 29 attached Table 3 to Defendant B, C, and M respectively, and Defendant B and C are among the above real estate by consultation and division on August 18, 2012.
