1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. On February 2, 1967, G married with G on February 2, 1967, and had the Plaintiffs as their children. Since G died on October 1, 1970, the report of marriage on October 3, 1971 was made on June 25, 1979.

The defendant E, the non-party H, and I have a child, who is remarriedd with the defendant D and had them as his child.

B. On November 1, 2013, the deceased’s inheritance relation of the parties died on November 1, 2013, and accordingly, the Plaintiffs, Defendant E, H, and I inherited the deceased, who are the wife and their children, and the share of inheritance is 2/15 each by Defendant D’s 3/15, Plaintiffs, Defendant E, H, and I.

C. The Deceased’s real estate that had been donated before his birth was donated to the Plaintiffs, Defendants, H, and I, respectively, as indicated in the same Table, among the Nos. 1 through 13 in the attached Table 2 owned by the Deceased, and around that time the registration of ownership transfer was completed on the ground of donation.

The value of each of the above immovables at the time of inheritance is same as that of the same Table.

The Deceased sold the real estate sold before the Deceased’s birth, as indicated in the table Nos. 14 through 16 in the table Nos. 2, the deceased’s possession, was sold to the Plaintiffs and Defendant E, and at that time the registration of ownership transfer was completed due to sale.

The value at the time of inheritance of the deceased as above shall be the same as that of the same Table.

E. At the time of the deceased’s death, the deceased owned each real estate listed in Nos. 17 through 19 in the annexed Table 2, and around that time, there was no obligation against the deceased.

A. The Plaintiffs’ assertion cannot be deemed to have had the capacity to determine the meaning and result of the donation and sale at the time of the contract or sales of each real estate listed in the separate sheet 1 to 9.
