The grounds of appeal are examined.

For the reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court found the Defendants guilty of both the violation of the Livestock Products Sanitary Control Act by converting the unreported freezing from the facts charged in the instant case and the fraud.

The judgment below

In light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules or by misapprehending the relevant legal principles, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal

Meanwhile, the Defendants appealed against the entire judgment of the court below, but there is no indication of the grounds for appeal as to the remaining guilty portion, nor any statement of the grounds for appeal as to the grounds for appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
