1. The Defendants, on October 6, 1992, as to shares of 1157/5950 shares among the 1,669 square meters of the F farm site in Asan-si, Asan-si, respectively, to the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a beneficiary of the network G, and the Defendants are children of the network H.

B. The network H owned 862 square meters prior to the subdivision of Asan City (hereinafter “the adjoining land”) and 6 parts of J-J Forest No. 4 adjacent thereto (hereinafter “the land before subdivision”).

C. On April 6, 1971, the network H sold the adjoining land to the network G prior to subdivision, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on April 13, 1971, and was directors at Seoul around that time.

The deceased G resided in the neighboring land prior to the division (the adjoining land prior to the division was divided into 317 square meters prior to I, 2298 square meters prior to K, and 234 square meters for L), and raised milch with a house and a warehouse on the land prior to the division.

On October 11, 1989, the land before subdivision was divided into 1,669 square meters for F farm land (hereinafter “instant land”) and M forest land M2,975 square meters for forest land (hereinafter “instant adjoining land”). The instant adjoining land was again subdivided into several parcels, such as N forest land 2,021 square meters, and was again subdivided into registration conversion and partitioned.

E. On July 31, 1992, upon the net G applied for a provisional injunction against the deceased H, a provisional injunction has been completed with respect to the instant land and the instant adjacent land.

F. On October 6, 1992, the Plaintiff and the Network H indicated that the entire land of this case and the adjoining land of this case are KRW 661/2975 shares, as follows. The sales price is KRW 16,172,80,000 for the payment date of KRW 2,000 for the remainder 14,172,800 for the payment date of KRW 6,000 for the remainder 14,172,800 for the remainder 13, 1992, and the payment date of KRW 14,172,80 for the remainder 13, 1992 for the payment date of KRW 16,172,80 for the remainder 14,00 for the payment date of KRW 14,192 for the settlement contract

G. After that, on October 16, 1992, the ownership transfer registration was made in the name of the Plaintiff with respect to the shares of 661/2975 out of the instant land and the shares of 661/2975 out of the adjoining land, and the ownership registration was cancelled on October 26, 1992.
