A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Part of the facts charged shall be revised and supplemented without going through amendments to indictment to the extent that it seems that there is no concern about substantial disadvantage to the defendant's defense right.

The defendant, while putting a bank or a Handbag in a parked vehicle at night, was aware that there are many people scambling the scambags in the vehicle with a view to thefting the bags or handbags in the vehicle.

1. Larceny;

A. On July 11, 2013, around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a door on the E-vehicle parking lot located adjacent to the E-vehicle located in king-si; and (b) stolen the Defendant with a red-flag walling walling 1, cash 20,000 won; (c) a driver’s license; and (d) a handbag on the part of the victim F owned by the Defendant.

B. Around 22:00 on May 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a steering room in front of the H fishing place located in G; (b) opened an I Bbeuoror car parked therein; and (c) stolen the Defendant, with one set of bags owned by the victim J, and one set of cellular phone, etc. located in the victim J.

C. On May 16, 2014, the Defendant, at around 21:10 on May 16, 2014, opened a string door door door that was parked in the above paragraph, and stolen the Defendant with one bank holding KRW 750,000,000 in cash owned by the victim K, and one wall.

At around 22:20 on August 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s coos car parked in the above paragraph at the place; (b) opened a coos car parked in that place; and (c) cut off with one handbagl million in cash owned by the victim M; (d) Samsung Ggalth-si, Samsung Tgalth-si, Samsung Tgalth-si, Samsung Tgalth-si, Samsung Tgalth-si, one cellular phone; and two keyss.

E. The Defendant, at around August 28, 2014, opened a door of the victim N’s O SM5 car parked therein at the place described in the above paragraph (b) at around 21:30, and was in that place.
