A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 25, 2020, at around 01:32, the Defendant: (a) opened a top door for the pertinent car in his hand and attempted to steals the goods located in the said car; (b) but (c) did not commit attempted crimes due to the correction of the said car’s text.
2. On March 25, 2020, around 01:41, the Defendant: (a) opened a front door that was parked in the first floor parking lot of an apartment apartment as set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article; and (b) entered that door, and stolen the same with a face amount of money equivalent to KRW 3,000, the victim owned.
3. On March 25, 2020, at around 01:52, the Defendant opened a front door that was parked at the place specified in paragraph (2) of this Article, and opened that door, the Defendant, who was the victim’s possession, did not correct the HSP car owned by the victim G, and stolen the vehicle with the mobile phone set at the market price of KRW 2,00,000, the victim’s cell phone set at the place.
4. On March 25, 2020, at around 01:56, the Defendant, at the place specified in Paragraph 2, tried to open a front door for the said car and to steal goods in the said place by hand on the victim I’s JM car, which was parked therein. However, the Defendant failed to bring about an attempted attempt due to the correction of the said vehicle’s door.
5. On March 25, 2020, at around 02:00, the Defendant opened a driver’s seat which was parked at the place specified in Paragraph 2, and opened a 8.5 million won in cash, which was owned by the victim K, without correction of the L/W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-
