Punishment of the crime

1. C. The Defendant, as mentioned in the date and time stated in the foregoing BB, notified the cellular phone of a person without a name, at the same place, and delivered one million won in cash to E, stating that “one million won in cash is changed to 5g at the time of purchase of a penphone.”

On the 12th day of the same month, the Defendant: (a) purchased phiphones from a nameless person; and (b) purchased phiphones by having the Defendant put five phiphones into the Defendant’s vehicle parked in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H.

Accordingly, the Defendant purchased 5 g of psychotropic drugs from his name-free persons via E to 1 million won.
