1. Sale and purchase of psychotropic drugs;

A. A. On December 1, 2010, the Defendant asked C to request C to seek a note c (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) and wired KRW 200,000 to a new bank account (D) in its name. On the same day, around 21:00, the Defendant received approximately 0.2g of philopon from C’s house located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

B. Around December 17, 2010, the Defendant asked C to seek writingphones and remitted the price of KRW 300,000 to the bank account in the above new bank. At around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant received approximately 0.2 g of writingphones from the house of the above C at around 22:00.

C. On February 201, 201, the Defendant paid C the price of KRW 400,000 to C at the home of the above C, and received approximately 0.4g of philopon from the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones over three times.

2. Medication of psychotropic drugs;

A. At the same time and place as described in paragraph 1(a), the Defendant injected one-time medication (A.03g) out of the philopon purchased as above into water in a single-use injection machine, and then injected into his arms blood transfusion.

B. At the same time and place as described in paragraph (1)(b), the Defendant injected one-time medication (A.03g) out of the philopon purchased as above with water into water for a single-use injection, and then injected with his arms in his arms.
